Last week there was the historic vote to allow abortion in the Republic of Ireland. Spokesperson Aoife O’Connor said it was a victory for women:

“For years wars have been fought by men while the women stayed at home. This has meant that women have had to suffer the shame of not being able to boast of how many kills they have down the pub.

With abortion now available I know that every Irish woman will do their bit to close the killing gender gap.”

Experts believe that if every Irish woman kills two of her babies then within 20 years they will overtake the total kills by Irish men throughout history. Aoife continued:

“On that day, we shall see how the men like the ignominy of having less kills than men. Finally, they will understand what generations of women have suffered for years.”
