Planned Parenthood ceases abortions along Mexican border

Planned parenthood announced in an emotional tweet on Father’s Day that it would suspend performing abortions along the Mexico border.

“In our hearts and minds today: all of the fathers and parents who have been separated from their children at borders. Keep families together.”

A spokesperson commented, “In keeping with the heartache we feel over fathers being separated from their children we have to change policy so that no children, born or unborn, are separated.  We cannot, in all good conscience, judge this administration for their actions at the border if we continue to do the same.”

However, the spokesperson declined to comment on whether father’s would be given any say over the fate of their children at any of their other centres across the country.
