Research: people would rather read this article than spend time with family

A recent study has show that after even one day of enforced family time the nation is struggling.

So much so that people even resorted to reading this article rather than spend any more time talking to their own relatives.

What was even more shocking was that they chose this article even though it really didn’t say anything at all.

Jed Thomas, researcher at the Institute of Research, commented, “The most interesting thing about this article is that I’m quoted.  However, the rest is clearly filler indicating two things: firstly that the author of this article had a very clever clickbait title but little substance to fill it out and secondly that people must really be desperate to still have kept reading up to this point.”

The author declined to comment as he had run out of funny ideas to put in this article.
