Texans celebrate second amendment with sleeveless shirts

News

Texans love the Second Amendment:

“A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

And so to celebrate, the Texas Senate recently passed a law to make it mandatory for all men in the state to wear sleeveless shirts.

Dan Patrick, Lieutenant Governor of Texas, stated, “Too many people are campaigning for arms to be covered up – but this is ridiculous – particularly in the Texan heat.  With this law we are making it clear our constitutional right to bare arms.”
