‘violent protest’ disappointing result after ‘mostly peaceful’ protest

The BBC, that bastion of impartiality (except when it comes to Brexit, Israel, Tories or the woke agenda) reported that 6 officers were injured during the “violent clashes” this weekend from a pro-statue demonstration.

This was a disappointing outcome compared to the 27 officers who were injured reported by the BBC during the “largely peaceful” BLM protests that swept the UK in the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd.

Frank, one of the pro-statue demonstrators said, “I really feel we let ourselves down. I mean, if we’re depicted as violent then we should have at least bettered the mostly peaceful demonstrations for injuries and arrests.”

Frank, along with many of the other demonstrators, have engaged in a gruelling training regime so that they can achieve an outcome worthy of their label next time.
